Here’s how it works: When your pyrolytic system is running, the flue and other hot parts of the system produce a lot of heat. We wrap these areas with water-filled pipes that soak up that heat.
That hot water is then piped straight into the KATRIX ORC unit. Inside the unit, the heat turns the selected fluid into pressurised gas to revolve an innovative rotary mechanism whereby it drives an alternator to generate electricity.
Once the heat is used, the cooler water flows back to the system to heat up again.
It’s a safe, simple, closed-loop cycle that runs continuously.
