Before you get in touch
Clear answers about your existing website, the cost and what happens next.
Ask Peter your questionCan you update a website someone else built?
Yes. You can enquire about updates, fixes or a management handover for an existing WordPress or WooCommerce website built or hosted elsewhere. I’ll review the setup, access and outstanding work before we agree on the scope and cost.
Can you add reCAPTCHA to my existing WordPress form?
Yes. I can check your current form and the junk messages you’re receiving, then discuss reCAPTCHA or another suitable spam-protection option. The setup depends on your form plugin and website. We’ll agree the scope and cost first, and check that genuine enquiries still send to the right place and show the expected confirmation.
Can you fix an SSL warning on my existing website?
Yes. Send your website address and the exact warning or a screenshot. I’ll check the certificate, hosting and HTTPS setup to identify the cause, then agree the scope and cost of any work. A warning can also relate to the visitor’s device, so the cause needs checking first. After the agreed work, I’ll check that HTTPS loads without the warning on the pages tested.
How much does WordPress support cost?
It depends on the problem and the investigation required. We’ll discuss the proposed scope and cost before work starts, including any paid investigation.
Do I have to move my hosting or change provider first?
No move is required just to enquire. Tell me about your current setup and what isn’t working. If a change would help, we can discuss the work and cost separately.
Is after-hours support available?
Routine support is handled during business hours. After-hours help is reserved for genuine website emergencies. Availability and timing need to be agreed; an enquiry doesn’t reserve an immediate repair.
Let’s get a clear next step for your website.
