Southcare is a non-profit welfare service which exists to provide practical, emotional and mental support for struggling and vulnerable people in our community.
Our community covers all regions of Frankston, Seaford and Carrum Downs.
Our aim is to support people and empower them to provide for their families, have freedom from financial pressure or addiction, and live with hope for the future.
